Owl Nativity




Melanie brought me these things from Peru; the intricate ochre scarf, the little fox, the Quechuan Last Supper, and the object which encapsulates the religiosity owls and shadow boxes have for me. The owl nativity also brings back my Catholic nostalgia and reminds me there is some santerismo I still believe in.
